Learn the art of making soft cheeses from fresh goat milk! We will start by milking the goat! Then we will bring the milk to the kitchen for some cheese-making fun! Choose chevre, feta, or mozzarella. Of course, wine and crackers are included. You will leave with a packet of directions and some yummy product! Minimum of 4 for a class. I will contact you to pick a mutually available date and time. (Fresh goat milk is seasonal-April through October.)
